Riding in snow is not advisable in any circumstance - only do if it's absolutely necessary. Riding on fresh snow is not impossible but be sensible, don't brake on corners, don't enter turns by pushing your steer and always shift your weight when making a turn. Wear a visor to minimize the effect of snow on your vision.
