Cardio workout - Cycling

Speaking from an experienced account, cycling is by far, dependant on where you live, one of the best forms of exercise, and the tips i can offer:

1) Try to cycle a bit further everyday
2) Aim to go out as much as possible and incorporate it into any part of your day
3)Best way to get good is start out at a hard level, say lots of hills, this way, starting at the deep end means you can progress at a better rate than sticking to bike machines
