CYCLING - TYRE PRESSURES
Make sure that you keep your tyre pressures topped up. Lots of bike tyres can be pumped up to quite a high PSI, but then lose that high pressure over a week or so and settle at a lower pressure. Lower pressure means more tyre in contact with the road means more friction means harder work for your legs. Keep them pumped! Do make sure you keep below the manufacturers recommended maximum pressure.
