Protective Gear and Safety - Wearing the right gear is one of the most important aspects of night time riding. Keep dark clothing to a minimum and wear bright colours and a reflector vest so that other motorists can see you. Check your helmet and eyewear fit properly to avoid them slipping off unexpectedly. Keep eyewear devoid of dirt and scratches that may distort your view.
